Prostate/pelvic pain, hard flaccid, low sperm qualiaty & count, ED, no libido and weak orgasm are Anxiety? Lol
However, I can ejaculate.

How are you ejaculating but have ED, can you get erections? Usually hard flaccid means you can't get erections.

Currently I have severe erection problems and the vein from the top of my penis is much thicker.
With luck I have "only" hardflaccid / pelvic floor tension instead of PSSD / PFS.
I will start the DCT course soon.

Hard flacid is a form of cpps the number one causal factor seems to be anxiety.
