  • Long term 2 years injury

    Hello everyone,
i'm 22 years and i injured my penis 2 years ago after jelqing/stretching exercices. I think i maybe applied to much pressure during stretching. I wasn't able to get an erection during one month. After a few months i was able to get an erection with a lot of manual stimuation. The situation is not really better now, 2 years after the injury. I can reach a good erection with a lot of manual stimulation but it's impossible to maintain that more than 2 secondes. I have poor morning erections ( like semi-erection), a lack spontaneous erection. I DON'T HAVE PELVIC PAINS

I have seen 2 urologist, once says that i have peyronie disease but the other, a famous specialist in my country, is not convinced that it's peyronie because the induration of the corposal cavernosal is not very marked. They prescribed me cialis 20mg to take before sex. My erection is better with cialis, i can have sex but not like before.

Do you think it's a permanent injury ? What type of injury it could be ?
Is there someone who experienced similar stories ? What could i do ? Do you have tips to not thinking about that every times ?

I'm 22 years old, a lot of things to accomplish in life and it takes me a lot of energy. Thanks for reading this !

I never had sex problem before my injury. I was in a relationship and had sex almost every days, never had a problem with my erections.

No they are right your test is normal under the criteria they use . Your test level is not life threatening , hey being docile might be good for you less risk taking .

If you want your dick to be 22 instead of 72y use natural methods to increase your test level.

So what else was going on 2 years ago; your relationship ended, why ? Do you ever participate in foreplay with your partner ?

What if your ed is (to some degree) psychosomatic ?

I lift weights 5 times a week, i have good performances and good muscular mass. I also eat clean. My sleep is maybe a point i can upgrade because i suffer from insomnia.

My relationship ended in part because of my sexual problem. Maybe we did not have a good communication.

Yes psychology probably play a role in my E.D. , i have difficulties to not thinking about what i've done to my penis.

Your pelvic floor needs rehabilitation. What is your kegel regimen?

Why do you think it's a pelvic floor problem ? I don't have pain in this region.

I don't kegel. I stopped all P.E. exercices 2 years ago. I'm now a little afraid of them

You don't kegel? Bro you need to exercise your pelvic floor just like the rest of your body. Do you kegel when you weight lift?
