  • Scared to start again

Hello all! I experienced blood coming out of my urethra while jelqing last month with too high of erection level and way too tight of a grip. Unfortunately, my antidepressants made it difficult to maintain any form of erection without aggressive stimulation, so I felt I needed to in order to gain. I immediately stopped and developed hard flaccid which I believe was just a part of the healing process. I went to a urologist soon after the injury and he prescribed me daily Cialis for erections and told me it would get better on its own (he really had no experience with jelqing related injuries and just had a generic response from a quick look at my member.) The Cialis and rest helped tremendously, and symptoms have made a lot of improvement within the month. My concern was that even when I was getting spontaneous erections with the Cialis my CS would not have any blood in it and my penis was flat. Now my CS is inflating 60-70% which is a big improvement and helps me psychologically more than anything. There is still some very slight redness on the CS and I feel like it is still slightly under filled at the base. My flaccid girth still seems slightly thin, but my muscles are all relaxed and hard flaccid is not much of a problem any more.

My main question is whether it is safe to begin jp 90 again with a much more careful and gentle approach now that I have a more reliable way of getting blood flowing or not. Should I wait even longer to be safe? Should i schedule a doppler test to see for sure? I do not know how to tell if I am fully healed and I really want to prevent any further injury. Thank you so much in advance for your advice!

It's super hard to say without an exam and more thorough history, including your baseline. I got an injury last year and just patiently waited until not only was it completely healed, but was back to normal for a couple months. I know that sounds like forever and maybe overly cautious, but I figured I only have one dick - don't screw it up! If you want to push it, only do so because YOU have zero misgivings, not because some stranger on the Internet said to go for it.
