Non-Surgical Fix for Meatal Stenosis?

I think I may have meatal stenosis - when I pee I find I rarely have a cohesive stream, rather I have two streams or a spray, often with some running backwards or down or to the side. Never thought much of it, just made do by leaving the foreskin over the tip while peeing to control it, but recently saw a Reddit post where someone said their son had the same symptoms and had their meatus surgically enlarged to fix it.

Now, being a member of this forum, where we've seen how manual intervention can not only increase penis size but also fix issues like phimosis and frenulum breve, I wonder if anyone's enlarged or reshaped their meatus to have better urine flow?

If anyone does have experience with this, or has any ideas or advice, I'd be very grateful to hear from you!
