Lump/cyst testicle bigger after pump

I have a cyst / lump above my left epididymis, it gets bigger if I pump my balls. It is hard and moves with the spermatic cord. I have no problems or aches with it except that it is uncomfortable to see when it gets bigger. It clearly visible when the ball sack is relaxed and I sit down on the toilet.

I feel something similar on the right ball but it is not moable and is what I suspect the epididymis. If I do not pump for a while, it is smaller than a peanut, but if I pump, it will be more than twice as big.

It also appears to be some type of hydrocele under the epididymis as it appears to collect some fluid there. Ask me if something is unclear. I can also try posts a picture later if needed.

Do you think that a doctor should look at it to determine what it actually is?

If it's a cyst then you have nothing to worry about. But as CUSP said above, go get it tested by a doctor.

I'm not afraid it's cancer. I've had it like this for a year now and discovered it when I started pumping a year ago. I have been thinking about a visit to the doctor but would like to avoid it as it feels incredibly uncomfortable. Do you not see anything bulging next to the testicles when you sit down with a relaxed scrotum?

No I don't. Somehow I always like to know what a particular thing is. I may not even have whatever it is treated but at least I know what it is. Sometimes even a cyst under the right conditions cause big issues.

Even if it's probably nothing to worry about, you should still get it checked. You describe the symptom as lump or cyst. If it' as a cyst then you have nothing to worry about, but lumps on testicles mean cancer.

Don't assume anything, let the doctor decide what it is and what should be done about it.

Ya I think its hydrocele, I get it too, along with varicocele when I pump. I haven't pumped for more than 2 weeks now, because of soreness in my balls, and its gone away. Pumping draws in the fluids to the location, making it bigger. I have quite a bit of turkey neck, which goes in the bathmate when I pump, I think that makes it more prone to developing too. I've had it ever since I started pumping years ago.
