Just wanto to add that, when I feel an erection coming, The interior of my penis feels strange, it isn't pain, more like small pinches. Is that normal?
I'm back to freakin out !
I'm self-taught doctor you can say.. lol.. I practice safe and alternative treatment and helped my friends, relatives that way. It's just that am recently involved into this PE thing which is new but I'm learning. They say, you learn from your mistake and that's what I'm going through at the moment.
-am taking hyland's arnica 30x 4 tablets twice a day (to heal internally and faster)
-am also taking choline & Inositol 1 cap twice a day after meal(for nervous system)
-oiling(not jelqing) with BioOil (for skin/scar issues). While doing that slightly massage the entire area, it just relaxes everything. I did everytime I went to urinate instead of totally ignoring it out of fear.
On top of that, I feed on my other regular multivitamin supplements. And, yeah, I workout too. I think all these things matter.
It's just a day I think and I've not felt the pinch like yesterday, there is still insignificant spot at the tip but not as obvious as yesterday. I jerked off today pretty good and am happy about it, I'm doing good.
Drink lots of water, when you are depressed or shocked, your body reacts differently, drinking enough water is something I would suggest. should take care that burning sensation while you are urinating ..

you'll be already buddy, human body is amazing system and it has astounding healing power. Just mark my word.
I've been reading some posts and found out that there are some people who tell scary stories to disencourage others on there PE program.
This was not my goal here. I know where I went wrong!!
So for all of you begginers, please read all the infos, and really go slow, no need to hurry and end up yourself in pain.
Just like any other training, if you do it wrong, your gonna hurt yourself. If you do too much, your looking for an injury as well.

bittertruth, keep updating with what your going through. Iv'e never done clamping, I just think that's a little bit dangerous for me.
i'm taking all B vitamins and Gingko Biloba now, let's see if it helps.
Today I didn't feel nothing in my penis, I guess it's almost back to normal, but I feel a great discomfort in my groin. Don't know what that could be.
trying to find something related to this issue.
Does somebody know if surfing can make things worse?

update: I think I'm done with that pinched/strained ligaments feeling whatever it was. I feel really great as of now.. and , I'm back to PE, .. thank god, I learned my lesson,.. slow and steady is the formula.. no rush, held me for 3-4 days.. now, I'm fine.
Mr. G, Gingko Biloba is a great stuff, it's equally good for nervous system and kind of aphrodisiac as well. Hope that circulates more blood to your tool and with that, you feel great sooner.
If I were you, I would add arnica too.. this is great broken muscle mender , it has worked like that for me. When I got my wisdom tooth out, I started taking arnica 2 days ahead, and believe me the thing was easy. ppl usually take arnica before other surgeries as well. The whole concept is it repairs the broken tissues and muscles, healing is accelerated.
bittertruth, nice to hear that you're better now!
What I can say is that my tool is back too normal as well, I did wake up with an erection coming, I feel it a bit soft thow, but let's see the progress during the next days.
No soreness on it. But my discomfort at my groin seems to be the tricky thing.
lower abdominal pain has passed away, but I think I could have a tiny hernia. (damn)
due to these last surfing days, I think that's the cause of too much pressure at my groin.
Going today at the urologist to confirm.
"Hope it's just my mind playing tricks on me".
Just back from the urologist, and everything is ok. The pain in my groin is still there, but the Doc. refered it as a "muscular damage".
So that pretty confrims what Big Al explained first...I just needed to confirm because it looked so much like a Hernia (I hit the gym and surf pretty much as well)
Strained ligaments- The occurrence of strained ligaments is fairly common. Strained ligaments a the base of the penis can occur from hanging/stretching too often and intensely without enough rest, or can occur from a single incident of excessively intense hanging/stretching. Most of the pain felt from strained ligaments can be felt at the base of the penis, and may extend to the interior of the pubis and even as far as the lower abdomen. Lots of rest is required for strained ligaments... and it's of the utmost importance! Doing PE with strained ligaments can lead to actual tearing of the ligaments, which may require surgery.
I'm taking a more powerful anti-inflamatory and Arnica too. And not forgetting the hot wraps with my rice sack.
I've got something similar going on... I posted this on thunders:
So, after my session the other day, I was closing out with my normal set of 50 10second kegels when I felt a quick sharp cramp like pain on the right side of the base of my shaft/pelvic region. I'm not sure what this is, but it's been 7 days and still hasn't gone away. The pain isn't intense, it's more like mild discomfort and tightness when I'm erect, and it gets a little worse if I kegel. I can sort of feel it when im flaccid as well.
I left it alone for a couple days and thought it mightve gotten better, so I did a few quick kegels, and lo and behold on like the 5th one I felt a more mild version of the original pain. My question is: What'd I do? Did I injure a muscle? What does a ligament injury feel like? Its not pain persay, it just feels like... Something is going on there. Like a tightness/ cramping feeling and that kind of extends down to my balls/inner thigh. Might it be a muscular injury in my groin area? I find it strange that i couldve strained my ligs doing kegels
I see a lot of mention of hot wraps, what about ice? Wouldnt that help with inflammation?

Heat makes blood flow better, thats for sure. If you're feeling tightness in that area, ice won't be better since it's going to contract even more. can provoke more stress there.
But yes, ice is good for inflammation, but never more than 20 minutes! or it will do the opposite.
Physiotherapist combine both, called "contrast", causing a temperature shock.
So, the discomfort persists, and i decided to some testing. I stretched lightly in all directions which did not illicit any pain. I then proceeded to rub one out and notice that the slighht bulge (muscle???) where the penis meets the base is slightly larger/inflammed on the right side. Im not particularly sure whether or not this is a normal variation.
7 days just isn't enough to heal a injury of that matter.
In my injury I had some inflammation at the tip of the urethra, enough to cause some disconfort when I took a piss and gave it that ending shake. That after a week came back to normal, and after 2 weeks was gone, just did lots of hot wraps.
But the disconfort at me groin and pubis was the problem (left side). It spread out to the lower abdonimal a bit and to the left hip and thigh. I went surfing 2 straight days after, and I'm guessing I caused too much pressure while lying on my surfboard, and it got worse.
Did 2 weeks of heating, it got better, but the pinch at the hip, pubis just wasn't going away.
Then I remembered that just heating isn't always good for an oedema, bruise, it's still swollen!
Heat activates even more your blood circulation, you keep sending pain signals to your brain. With the use of cold, your vein contracts! The combining of both stimulates circulatory massage decreasing swelling and help reduce inflammation. It's the bomb!
check this out
It's working out for me, today I didn't feel a thing!
ps: I did go to the urologist to confirm it wasn't anything else.
So leave your tool resting for a month before you cause some serious damage. And be patient.
Hi, I had a injury on my fourth week exercising and took about 2-3 weeks to clear up. I'm pretty sure I pulled/strained a ligament due to the pain coming from the base of my penis. I was very pleased when it cleared up and then a week or two it's sort of came back. I haven't done exercises since, just masturbating. The last thing I'd like to do is go to a doctor but the way I'm feeling again it might be a good idea. These exercises are clearly RISKY BUSINESS and I'm pretty sure I'd rather walk around with a little dick then feel these pains. Any experience and hope on my recovery would be nice. Thanks
hey, ever since an odd jelq(not enough warm up) about 4 months ago I've had what I think is hard flaccid...anyone able to offer advice?
The root of my penis feels hard and aches at times, I dribble urine after visiting the bathroom, have lost my libido, feel smaller and erections are hard to come by
Alongside this I have trouble passing stools...it almost feels like all the muscles down there have weakened
