  • Pain

Hey guys, I've had to stop PE for the last week as I have some mild ache around the base of my pelvic floor, feels like in my inner penis.

Have you guys ever noticed the same pain?

I wasn't even going too hard, fully warmed up every time, only manual stretching.

Is it painful if just soreness? It’s normal to have a bit of soreness after a routine, but there shouldn’t be any pain or anything to intense. If anything take some time off and make sure to warm up and cool down properly!

its soreness but its been almost a full week since I did anything, I think I went too hard with kegels and caused some minor imbalance.

It's really annoying cos I really want to increase my member, I think I'm going to have to take it super fucking slowly

Yea that’s probably your best bet! Performing Kegels along with PE exercises can add more fatigue than usual. Give your body some time to recover and grow. Remember, growth comes from from hard work, consistency and proper Rest! Sometimes taking a few days off can be very beneficial!

You said you weren't going to hard. Me thinks you were. Slow, easy and gentle.

I started by doing 50 reps of Kegels twice a day every day, a week later I did increase it to 100, then a week later 150, the next week I changed down to 50 reps but holding each rep for 5 seconds, and that's when I stopped, Normal Kegels only didn't do any reverse Kegels or anything

You need to do some reverse kegels and hindi squat the area has tightened up and needs a stretch .
