Does anyone have experience with non bacterial prostatitis? I have been having it off and on for about 3 months now. I have gotten some prostate support supps, have nearly quit all sugar, lowered carbs and that has all helped, but it just came back again. Might have been cause I had too much hot salse. Anyone have any help?

Some prostatitis is actually pelvic floor based a physio who does male pelvic floor could diagnose .

I feel like that could definitely be a factor. Would this just involve some therapy for the pelvic floor to strengthen and heal it? Been trying to incorporate some reverse kegels lately.Originally posted by Pegasus View PostSome prostatitis is actually pelvic floor based a physio who does male pelvic floor could diagnose .July 2016 - - - - Oct 2016 - - - - - Mar2017 - - - Apr2017 feb2019(after mild peyronies)

It.s hard to know if what you have is PF related a physio could tell you more . Yes it might involve relaxing a hyper tense PF for instance and rk could possibly be part of the process in that case .Originally posted by SuperDude View Post
