Thanks so much for this PE4life2. Very helpful for people such as myself, who are trying to piece together snippets of info from across the whole forum.

Giving this a bump as I have a few questions.

So the exercises are covered here but I want some advice on how to build a routine out of it.

      1. How long should I hold modified tunics tugs for?

      2. Are flaccid bends bends supposed to be are static or kinetic exercise? How long do I hold for or how many reps should I do?

      3. erect bends I can't bend when erect past 80% so should I be doing full bends at lower EQ or just bending to a straight position at high EQ? How many reps or how long should I hold for?

        1. Tunica tugs are very advanced and should not be done without enough conditioning under your PE belt.

        2. If you have 6 weeks or more of PE experience: Penis Enlargement Gym - Flaccid Bend

        3. Erect bends also are very advanced, and require you have more than 6 months of PE training experience.

Thanks MrB8 those links helped a lot I've been doing PE for 4 months now so I'll be sure to take it very lightly with the erect bends.

MrB8, a quick question - I'm putting back together my routine for fixing my curve and so far it involves a bathmate and an extender. I did want to include tunica tugs and erect bends, but also fully respect their advanced requirements (especially the erect bends).

The question is: how do I go from novice to having 6 months' experience if my routine mainly revolves around using devices? I really want to give them time to work and straighten my penis before I start adding in manual exercises once it's straight. It's kind of a chicken and egg scenario. Any insight would be appreciated!

There are other intermediate to advanced length targeting exercises to do before Tunica Tugs:

              1. A-Stretch
              2. Bundled Stretch

As for straightening out your curve, from what I read, you can also do so by favoring stretching against the curve, that is focus on stretching the shorter CC chamber, if you curve to the left then pay more attention to right side stretches.

My personal advice is to exhaust all possible gains from manual before you use devices, but I see no reason why they cant supplement one another, there are many members on here who use both manual and devices in their routines, provided that they are conditioned enough of course.

Yes, I read a post from Big Al somewhere else after I asked you that question, where he said manual exercises can be done alongside correcting a curve with devices. After I read that, I decided maybe I should do the JP90 in order to supplement the devices/increase my experience etc, and learn the physiology of my unit so I can go on to the more advanced exercises.

Thanks for the exercises, I haven't heard of the A-stretch so that's really useful info.

How can edging be related to either size increase or correcting a curve?

Not by itself. Edging is used to get erect for the bends.

Thanks, I may have been thinking of a different definition of "edging".

I have a slight squiggle that curves to the left on the right side of the base, and to the right on the left side a bit higher up the base. It's barely noticeable, but how would I correct this?

I came across an interesting post on a blog that was teaching how to fix a curved penis and was wondering if any of you have any experience with fixing a curve through those type of devices.

As I was scanning these forum, I realized that most of you guys have a curve upwards or to left/right.
I have downward curve (and penis angle), can I use the same exercises or what can I do to fix my curve?
I am new here btw so thx for any answer

Also, research use of vitamin E,

if you will do a google search for:
                              penis scar tissue vitamin e
you can find (claims/assertion, etc) on the effect of scar tissue softening, by use of vitamin E, in conjunction with exercises (stretching for example).

Great info! My member curves to the left from the mid-shaft up to the tip at about a 5% angle when erect and a noticeable 20-25% when flaccid and always falls to the left when I am sitting or just semi hard - gonna give this a go and track how long it takes to work with my regular beginner routine/conditioning
                                Baseline:
                                BPEL: TBD
                                EG: TBD
                                BPFSL: 5.8
                                FL:
                                FG: TBD

                                STG:
                                BPEL: 7.0
                                FL: 6.5
                                EG: 5.5
