  • Injury recovery

Hey gents I haven't been here since before Xmas as I've had an injury concern, I'd been using a stretching device but switched to a silicon tube and hanging 1 pound for long periods, doing tons of kegals and uli's . i'd noticed a riggedness in the inner penis and general tenderness, full erections . became painful. I backed things right off since mid dec. I feared the onset of hard flaccid tho I only saw some symptoms I didn't want to see more ... Been a big concern ... Skip ahead a different sports injury makes me decide to buy one of those ultrasonic pyhsio things hoping it'd be usefull for my other injury ... Tried it tonight on a low setting for 5 mins .. I don't want to jump the gun but this seems to have potential. I'll keep you all posted with progress .. Fingers crossed.

            Hey Mr. Walker!

Any further updates? I am very very interested in your results and feedback.

I have sustained some over training injuries (excessive stretch marks on circumcision scar, lotsa tiny dark veins too) that have lead me to take some time off of PE and rework my workouts. I am also a ridiculously hard gainer. As such, I have been researching the use of ultrasonic massage and infrared therapy for healing and possibly useful for stimulating growth and regulating collagen/elastin production, fibroblast function, and cell growth.

There are tools on the market that can do both (US and IR) at the same time (costs ~$60-$100). Do you have a link for your model?
