Theory is something, well, kinda like time travel or something that should work at least in your mind. I do not think PE is only theory. It's kinda like saying that Bodybuilding is only theory. I know it's worked for me in a very positive manner. We started off as micro-organisms, and today we travel thru space. If something doesn't exist, we kinda find a way to make it happen one way or another. I think as long as we keep faith and a strong belief, we can do just about anything,,,,,but how bad do you want it!! :-)

So what makes you think it's only theory?? :-)

Ok so if you believe it is a pelvic floor issue you should see a physio who specialises in that area.
If you have a large fat pad diet would be the first option.
You should be able to tell the difference.

I have been to a pelvic floor specialist and it didn't fix my penis, I'm worried that I have buried penis along with pelvic problems , since my penis wasn't getting fixed I didn't flow the therapists guidelines as well as I should have

So be honest guys will I be able to make gains after getting surgery for buried penis or is it a lost cause?

Guys who who have had penile lengthing surgery could they still make gains?

I'm just so scared that I'm fucked for life and will have a tiny penis the rest of my life I have no one to blame but myself , biggest mistake I have ever done was overdoing PE, over masterbating , and massaging my perineum too roughly , I just sure hope I won't have to live with a tiny penis the rest of my life I'm very worried any solid responses would be appreciated and don't say just lose weight it's not that simple

I have read in some cases where the suspensory ligament is released and correct me if I'm wrong if that gets done I won't be able to make length gains and I know in some aspects the Dartos fascia and bucks fascia gets reattached I go to a uro tommorow and I'm hoping he's not an idiot , any one with any knowledge of someone having penile surgery then making gains from PE? I would love to hear some positive news and story's?

By buried penis I assume you are talking about this: Buried Penis| Health | Embarrassing | Channel4.com/bodies

Regardless of whether you have buried penis or not, it's not a guarantee that you will gain...it comes down to having the right penis, the right exercise, the right technique, the right etc...

So the first step is to get the shaft out, then experiment.

Jon you started this thread 7 months ago. You also started a thread a few days ago on the same subject. Let me ask you what have you done for yourself over the last 6 months to help yourself? Other than come here and complain that you don't like your dick and getting a bunch of folks to go out of their way to try and help you what help have you done for yourself? You have not gone to a doctor to get any diagnosis and any treatment; you simply look things up on the internet and spout things off that you have this or that and oh woe is me. It seems to me over the last 7 months that you have done nothing to improve your situation other than gripe! Do you like others feeling sorry for you and giving freely of their time to try and help a guy who won't help himself? In that sense you're using people here and I really don't like that. Either get to a doctor and get a diagnosis and treatment plan or start doing pe exercises or something because if you keep coming here and not doing anything to help yourself than I'm going to get really mad and that's not good!
The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

In all honesty you could be as much as an inch longer if you would have started pe 7 months ago.

I know but I can't PE right now due to possible pelvic problems or torn fascia in the perineum
