      Yea for sure...

      I would say my "hard flaccid" has nearly disappeared. There are occasions where it still happens but even then it is not as severe as used to (where the entirety of my penis would shrivel up). Now it's just the area around the scar tissue that gets tight. I notice it happening mostly in the morning after I'm up and about and also during/after running/biking/intense cardio. But overall, my flaccid state is much healthier than it was before I started the abstinence/supplements a few months ago.

      My erections are still somewhat hard to judge unless I use porn. I don't get random boners like when I was young. However, when I did masturbate to porn after the successful 6 weeks of abstinence, it was the best erection I can remember having since my injury...we're talking many years here. All I have to say is ABSTINENCE IS THE KEY TO HEALING YOU PENIS. I also believe my HEALTHY DIET is doing wonders as well as my supplement intake and exercise. I also have a strong belief that I am GOING TO HEAL. I think this willpower is manifesting itself and therefore allowing me to actually go through the trials and tribulations of staying consistent with all these factors. It's not easy. A positive mindset is an absolute must in getting through the difficulties.

      The Pentox actually seems to be softening up the scar tissue at the base of my penis. There seems to be much better blood flow throughout that area than ever before (since my injury). The dent that has been there since my injury seems to be smoothing out. I am hopeful that this means the curvature will begin to heal itself as well. If so, this is going to be an absolute miracle and I'm going to advocate everything I have done to get myself through this in order to help others.

      Oh, and I'm making very little progress on the kegal exercises though I am in the relaxed state more of the time rather than the tense state...which is probably helping my flaccid stay fuller.

        voodoochild is your scar tissue diagnosed by a doctor?because my doctor told me that the pelvic floor tightness can create hard scar tissue-like areas in the penis even when the tissues are relaxed and soft.

          hmm that's interesting. I'm not sure which one it actually is. I've never had a thorough enough urologist to believe anything they've ever told me, so no I don't have a diagnosis by a doctor. But there is visible deformity and variation in the tissue/skin of the affected area. It also does not fill up with blood the same which caused the curve at the time of injury and ever since. To me it seems to be a combination of both scar tissue as well as symptoms of an unbalanced pelvic floor from years of watching porn and over masturbation (which lead to PremE problems).

          Basically, my theory is that all of my problems have compounded after years and years of not doing the right things. And so now, I'm taking a full encompassing approach to try and heal everything. This starts with the very basic notion that my entire body must be in its best state of health in order for it to have the necessary energy and nutrients to focus on healing my penis. I truly believe, after lots of research on the human body and biology in general, that this is the only way to attack any sort of illness or injury. It seems as if the human body really does want to keep itself in the best health possible, but only if it is given the means to do so. That is where our own consciousness becomes so critical. Fortunately though, we have that choice. A plant, for instance, which also tries to regulate and stay as healthy as possible will do so if the season is good (and even better if humans give ferts and special attention), but it cannot make any decisions...it's at the mercy of nature completely without a conscious role. Humans on the other hand can choose to buy vegetables and fruit instead of processed foods. Do I think this is important in healing my penis at this point. Absofuckinlutely. haha

            you're right voodoochild,what will be also helpful to deformate the svar tissue in the penis(if it really is scar tissue)is vitamin e supplement and an elastin supplement(is somehow difficult to find,but it's worth it).i also have a very small curvature to the left at my penis,but i didn't had any accident,just masturbation and porn which led my to a serious pelvic floor imbalance. you can also check my thread to if you want .it's called "i don't want to take my ed in my 20's "

              much appreciated man. I will look into the elastin supp. I do currently take a Vitamin E supplement.

              Here's all the supps I'm on currently:

              garlic
              ginseng
              ginger root
              gingko biloba
              green tea
              coq10
              l-arginine
              vitamin E
              Multi Vitamin
              Fish oil

              Medication:

                glad to help voodoochild!and a tip that you might already know,avoid bicycle,the pressure that the seat generates to the pelvic floor is very bad for the pelvic floor balance(mentioned that because you're living a healthy lifestyle) .also ,could you give me any tip,how to stop masturbation?unfortunately,after 5 days of absistence ,i got a 99% hard after-sleep erection which lasted 7-8 minutes without touch,so i cracked and masturbated.back to zero point again . so,any advice about overcoming masturbation addiction will be very helpful

                  Hey man...if you have that good of an erection after just 5 days, what are you trying to fix? Sounds like you're perfectly healthy to me.

                  Anyways, that's good to know about the bike thing...I've actually been riding a lot lately. Guess I have to start running again. Not a fan but oh well...gotta do what I gotta do.

                      Oh ok I understand now...so you're trying to get past the porn thing. Cool cool.

                      Man I have to say, I think the pentox is helping my scar tissue break down. My corpus spongiosum has a dent near the bottom of the shaft which is what causes my penis to curve down from there. However, It seems to be filling up with blood more and more and returning to a more natural flaccid state most the time. It's like the tissue is smoothing out and stretching back into its regular form. I think once this is combined with resetting my libido (from quitting porn) I should be able to have a very healthy sex life.

                      I bought some elastin/collagen lotion by St. Ives for like $3 at wal-mart...figured it couldn't hurt to try. I've been applying that for the past few days along with VIP cream from the herbal love shop.

                      Could you recommend a supplement for collagen/elastin? Should I be taking a pill form of that you think?

                      Also, I've added a Cayenne supplement to my routine. Been slacking a bit on my stretching and exercise though in all honesty. Once I cracked at the end of August with PMO, I've been doing less on all the other fronts too. However, I've still been eating healthy. I also serve tables a lot which is good exercise honestly. So I'm not just sitting around or anything.

                      I recently finally came to understand/realize that I can't see this "no porn" and "no masturbation" thing as some kind of short term plan to heal. It has to be a new way of living otherwise I could eventually slip right back into the problems that ruined my sex life in the first place. Now that I see this truth, it has become easier to say no to porn when the thoughts come. I'm just like, "nah, I know what that will do ultimately and I don't want it." It is very difficult though after so many years of engraining the wrong habits into my brain. It's that desire for an "immediate fix" that fuels the whole thing and once you realize it fixes nothing, then it's quite easy to stay strong and not give in.

                        sorry for the misinformation voodoochild,there is none elastin supplement in the market right now,but there are supplements that increase elastin release dramatically.those are : vitamin a supplement,copper supplement,COQ10 supplement(coenzyme q10) and the grapespeed supplement.i'm not so sure about the last one but i can recommend you the vitamin a and the coenzyme q10 for sure .and the cream you boyght seems helpful for your auter layers of scar tissue,since it's transdermal.you can also try verapamil gel,and verapamil injections,but you have to cooperate with an urologist for them,since the only way you can get them is by medical prescription,otherwise they are very expensive( at least in my coyntry).

                          Oh also, I was thinking about contacting a pelvic floor therapist. I didn't even realize such a thing existed until fairly recently.

                          Any recommendations on what to look for when searching for a good PFT?

                            what you should check is their c.v, some good pft schools are found in london and germany.also their experience should play a great role in your decision,and the feeling that they have evaluated your condition properly is also useful(if you know what i mean.)also contact with an urologist for the verapamil gel and injections,i've just checked some researches and they seem very useful for the scar tissue healing

                                awesome thanks for the extra info mitsakos. I am currently taking CO-Q10 daily. The only vitamin A I am taking is with my multivitamin which currently supplies me 70% of my daily value. Should I get an additional Vit A supp?

                                In regard to morning wood, have you tried the supplements ginger, garlic, green tea, ginseng, and ginko biloba? What about l-arginine? All of the supplements I currently take are all for circulation to some degree or another. Now, I'm not waking up with raging morning wood every morning but I am seeing much better blood flow happening throughout the day and night which is leading to a healthier looking penis in general. Also, my intuition tells me that once I have overcome my addiction with porn completely and my libido returns to its natural state, I will start to see my morning wood returning in full (like when I was young).

                                Can't forget the healthy diet that I am also incorporating. This is as important if not more important than the supplements I think. It is your building blocks for the rest of your health. So if your diet is trash, your body is likely not going to have what it needs to heal.
