Hello, this is my first post in quite a while. I suppose I'm just looking for some hope after a long and demoralizing journey.
I'm a 26 year old male who used to dabble in PE. Three years ago, I got the dreaded "hard flaccid" after attempting an advanced "inner penis stretch" without a proper warm up. My symptoms were not that bad...just an occasional hard flaccid when standing or after ejaculation. Applying heat would always make it go away, and my penis would look and feel normal. There was never any pain or numbness, and only slight discomfort.
There wasn't much info out there about the condition when I first injured myself, so I tried everything I read on this and other internet forums (helicopter shakes, fowfers, etc). I'm not sure if I did any further damage to my unit with these techniques, but it certainly didn't help. The event that caused my condition to worsen noticeably was during sex with my ex-girlfriend about two years ago. My penis got pushed down abruptly, and I heard a classic ligament pop (nothing I haven't heard before), there was no pain, and we continued having sex, though ejaculation was uncomfortable. Not only did I experience immediate hard flaccid after ejaculation, it was the worst I'd ever seen it. The very look and shape of my penis had changed.
Now, even when I manage to relax and get my penis to soften, it feels like there is something missing. My corpora cavernosa are less pronounced than they used to be, and I literally cannot feel my corpus spongiosum anymore. At all. This makes my penis look and feel very thin--even when hard flaccid is away--and gives the feeling that it is loosely attached. In addition, my testicles began to hang differently, and I occasionally experience sharp pain in my abdomen after ejaculation. I also noticed that when sitting on the toilet now, the base of my penis retracts into my scrotum...which never used to happen. Is it possible I've done some damage to the ligaments, or to the corpus spongiosum? Is it possible that this is all just a case of an extremely cramped ischiocavernosus?
I'm wondering if anyone has experienced anything like the latter symptoms. I still have hard flaccid, but it is the least of my worries. I wan't my corpus spongiosum back. I want the shape and feel of my penis to return to normal for once. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
