You will be ship shape in less than a week if you let it heal and dont stress. It is just not used to it so it is reacting as it is. Have you ever run after not running for a while and your legs dont feel god fopr a few days. Same thing but in your dong. It does not get sore like your legs but it does react by displaying shitty EQ. You will find hundreds of horror stories on the net if you look hard enough. Most are supported by sites wanting to sell you shit.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

hey, so It's been 4 days since I've started resting it. not much difference so far :/ I've had a few semi erections but they have occurred naturally. my penis is also rather cold aswell, and there is a burning feeling in the tip. sorry to annoy you but I'm getting scared, what else can I do?

Take more rest. Do a couple heat seasons daily, with massaging to promote blood flow. Also do light kegel and reverse kegel work throughout the day, daily. You never slow down, you never grow old!

there is a slight burning in the head, only stays for a while especially after I pee. the penis is also cold like as if there is no blood flowing through. the colour is the same as before i.e. normal. I got a few semi erections yesterday but I managed to calm them down. however today I tried watching porn and nothing happened, by that I mean It didnt even rise a bit.

Sounds like your urethra is injured, it'll heal. Also sounds like your CC's are bruised internally, it'll heal. You're right about the coldness, being a circulation problem, it'll heal. Doing the heat, massages, and kegels will fix you up. Just don't get aggressive with the therapy. You never slow down, you never grow old!

Hey man you need to relax, anxiety is your biggest problem right now.
It's only been 4 days, I'm still recovering and it's been 5 weeks, but by the sound of it your injury doesn't sound as bad as mine! I bet in 2 weeks time you will be busting all kindzzz of nutzzz again.
Just do as everyone else has said, rest it, apply heat a few times a day and most importantly, take your mind off of it, as I've said many times before, being anxious restricts the blood vessels and therefore limits the bloodflow to your penis. Anxiety is probably the biggest erection killer!
However, even though you're resting it I would still go to the Docs to be sure, and it may put your mind at ease.
Don't worry man, you will be fine

you should never do.you stop before the head of your penis.
Not saying that is what your doing, but to have sore a sore penis head!
Doing something improperly will lead to an injury.Imagination expands the mind

Trust me, soon, you will be able to look back at this and laugh, well not laugh, but take it as a warning to not overtrain again!
