Moles on Penis

i have 5 or 6 black moles on my penis. None are on the tip. There's one thats raised but its rly rly small. The others are flat and prolly a couple mm in length. Just wanna no if anyone else has these and has a girl ever sed anything about it during sex?

Have they been there for a long time? Or have they just appeared? Are they getting bigger? Need a little more info please.
