    1. Well my injury occurred by rigorous masturbation that's when I heard the snap, (at the time I was also doing penis enlargement exercises and using andractim) and well right after the injury I thought it was just a temporary thing I kind of was scared about the snap though I was scared to tell anyone and just kind of thought and hoped things would heal normally ,


    2. If you mean droop like they go down then yes kind of I think and it does feel like they are not supported properly ( I've had thoughts of the suspensory ligament being in play or injured here)


    3 Well I do deep breathing exercises and do stretching and I have a prescription to valium though I haven't taken it yet and I do go to neurological feedback to reduce anxiety shortly after the injury, my cortisol levels are low though I have vitamins for this, and I have "come to terms with it all" and I don't feel I have hard flaccid considering A my penis isn't hard when flaccid and B I've already been to 2 pelvic floor specialists and they did lots of trigger point therapy

    4 I don't know if I have read HF unraveled , I've been on hardflaccid.org and have posted and read the hard flaccid recovery thread many times I'm very familiar with the condition , yes I do think I kegel a bit though I'm not 100 percent sure and I do suffer from premature ejaculation and no my organisms aren't as pleasurable usually I find also that the sperm sometimes just kind of dripples out as well and my erections are not like before pleasure wise size wise function ability wise etc

    I don't think I freak out at , I think I'm a decently calm guy though I might give that valium a try , and my problems standing up and blood flow restricted to my testicles trust me its not mental its not from me "freaking out" or anything, I'm if anything a pretty unemotional guy I don't think my emotions have anything to do with this

    I consider myself a pretty optimistic and positive guy though I also consider myself a realist and I will give that meditation and not masturbating and not watching porn a try plus so just buy vegetables and a juicer and just drink the juice its that simple for the diet you talk about? So you recommend mediation abstinence, the juice diet, the pelvic floor stretches anything else let me know

    and well I went to 2 pelvic floor specialists and my penis is still screwed up and they didn't know what to do, they said I should of been better by now I went to one for about a year and the other for 6 months , I felt I should of abstained from masturbation while going though I didn't and the blood flow problem to the testicles sometimes felt better after a session though when I masturbated things went to square one again, though like I said I still do the pelvic floor stretches and occasionally the kegels reverse kegel routine and well I'm still in the same position

    would you still recommend doing the kegel and reverse kegel rountine? like I've said the fact that I've already been in pelvic floor therapy so much, the fact that I heard a snap ( I know you did as well) and well I don't get morning erections and according to the NPT test that means my ED is purely physical

    Though I will continue to do my pelvic floor stretches ( I own the books Headache in the pelvis and How to heal pelvic pain by Amy Stein) plus the stretches my PT gave me if you have any stretches that in your opinion that I should be doing could you send them my way, I'll get a juicer, abstain from masturbating and porn, try that meditation, and I don't think I'm going to do cognitive behavior therapy due to insurance and financial issue

    any other tips or info you can give me would be very helpful and why would jelqing be such a bad idea in your opinion

      Man this really makes me think we've both got the same issue. I've dealt with all of the above ever since my injury. It has been getting better though but it gets progressively worse if I start masturbating regularly.

      Don't get on valium man. That's not what your body needs. it would be a mere bandaid if anything. That's good though that you feel like you've dealt with any emotional issues since that's definitely not the case with most guys when something happens to their most prized possession. How does it make you feel when the blood flow gets restricted? Do you never internally get worries, anxious, depressed, scared, nervous, etc?? I would find that pretty miraculous if you are that ccalm about all of this. But, if you are, that's great because that's the best route to take.

      You should watch "Fat, Sick, And Nearly Dead" on Netflix. It's a documentary about juicing. There are many others as well. Anything you can find would be helpful. I recommend the Kuving's Whole Slow Juicer because it's the easiest to use and it processes the juice in a way that does not heat up or oxidate the juice which allows you to store it for up to 72 hours and preserves more nutrients than other juicers. If not that one, still try to get a masticating slow juicer rather than a centrifugal juicer. The investment is well worth it. However, if you can't spend the money, a centrifugal is still worth it so you can be juicing daily.

      But yea, you just throw in certain ratios of vegetables and fruit and you end up with delicious juice that has more nutrients than you could possibly eat in one sitting. For instance, my beet juice has 1 beet, 3 celery stalks, 3 carrots, 1 cucumber, 2 small apples, and a 2-inch piece of ginger...try eating all that at once...it would not be easy plus it's all raw. SUPER HEALTHY. Juice recipes are all over the internet. Just try some till you find a few you like. It's actually pretty affordable if you do one a day. Costs probably about $2-3 per juice.

      Yea, ever since my injury, morning erections have always been weak or non-existent. Usually it just doesn't happen. I find that abstinence, after a certain amount of time, helps a lot with morning wood. BUT for awhile it seems that I actually get less erections in general when becoming abstinent. But then it shifts. Then, after I masturbate after being abstinent for awhile my libido soars. Morning wood returns better than usual and I feel like a man again. However, I've notice that if I dive in too hard and start masturbating even once a day, many of my symptoms begin to return. So, ultimately abstinence definitely allows for some kind of healing to take place but you have to be weary not to get overzealous and reverse it all through old habits again. In our situations, we have to learn to do what helps and avoid what doesn't help. So, in my experience with long stints of abstinence, I can say without a doubt that it has helped and continues to do so. I hope one day I'll be able to masturbate once every couple of days without that causing any issues. But for now, I know that's not the case because I see what happens when I do that. You have to listen to your body and what it's telling you. If something causes bad symptoms and you have the choice to avoid that thing, then by all means avoid it!

      CBT is not something you need a professional for. You can simply read some books like "Super Brain,' or others I have listed on the first page of my thread. They will teach you how to reconstruct your brain patterns through conscious choices and awareness. I for one really needed help in that regard because I've had somewhat of a mental illness with my sexuality in the past. All that has gotten much much better and mostly I'm dealing with physical limitations at this point.

      why would jelqing be such a bad idea in your opinion
      Jelqing caused problems for me when I tried it for a short period early on in my attempt at healing. This was well over a year ago. So, like I said, anything that causes mostly negative symptoms should be avoided. You can do what you want but I would advise against any manual exercising of the penis until some of your major issues have subsided.

        If both urologist are saying the same thing then there is strong chance they are right. If you need to go to a sex therapist, so be it.

          Voo Doo, thanks for all the advice, though you said that you were almost healed by now right? Like your penis and erectile function is normal again? You get spontaneous and morning erections? You are able to hold an erection without manual stimulation?

          I'm not able to do any of the 3 and I plan on taking all your advice though I hate to say it I'm a bit pessimistic I've stretched for 3 and a half years and am still in this state, and as much as I hate to say it I doubt reverse kegels will cure your curve

              Yes I consider myself almost healed in the scheme of things. About 4 days ago i experienced the best sexual arousal, plateau, and orgasm I can remember having since the injury. Seriously it was unreal. I had a full erection the came on without much manual stimulation and I was able to keep my pelvic floor mostly relaxed despite a few moments of involuntary kegels. It was such a huge improvement that the "dent" and weak stability at the base of my penis were no longer a problem. I had a fully erect penis all the way to the base where it normal does not fill with blood properly. This caused my erection to be much firmer which allowed me to last much longer and enjoy the sensations much like I remember it being before the injury when I was 13.

              So, despite your doubt in the curvature thing, I'm literally watching my penis stand upright more and more as I continue to heal. Oh, and the orgasm was VERY strong! Super strong contractions at climax which sent waves of pleasure and throbbing sensations through my whole pelvic region and penis. It was amazing. I was so happy haha.

              Also, it stayed hard for quite a few minutes before going flaccid which is always how I remembered it being when I was healthy before the injury. After the injury though I could only get even a "decent" erection right before climax and it would immediately deflate into a lousy looking flaccid.

              Here's the thing though man, this is a HUGE improvement BUT I can't recreate this situation on a daily basis. I almost attempted this morning again because I had morning wood but I could tell I wasn't relaxed enough down there and that it still needs some recovery time from the last orgasm. However, I'm getting to the point where I can do this more often. And overall, each orgasm is getting more and more healthy as long as I pay attention to what my body is telling me. If things aren't working quite right when I try to get hard, then I just stop and come back another day. You gotta put your ego aside and not cause further damage. That's why abstinence is so important. It helps you get back to a more normal state quicker than anything even though it does take a considerable amount of time.

              Have you ever been abstinent for like 2 months and then gotten really relaxed, and aroused yourself mentally or with some softcore images? I gaurantee you will see improvements in that session that you did not have 2 months prior. I PROMISE you that.

              Also man, don't underestimate all the supplements I take and the juicing and the diet. It all ties into your sexual health. I don't miss a day of taking my Pure Synergy Supplements and hardly ever miss a day of drinking my juice. I am confident that beet juice is a huge contributor to my recent progress.

              Also to be honest, I haven't been doing yoga for about 6 weeks now because I have been having wrist problems. Also I've been drinking beer and stuff modestly but regularly (I'm a musician and all my friends are musicians...we are young and that's just part of the culture where I'm from...though I did get away from it for several months early on in my healing journey which was important to give me perspective and control). I could probably be healed by now if I had been super super strict like I was there for awhile. But I sort of got over this hump and now I'm confident enough to know that being fully healed is just around the corner. I'm enjoying life in the meantime. That might be another 6 months or more but honestly it's ok. I'm just so happy to be seeing the progress I'm seeing.

                Well I also should mention that I did improperly use andractim a dht gel and have a lot of the same side effects as people who used finasteride or propecia, I have had my hormones checked many times and they say they are normal

                though the Dr. I am seeing on Tuesday is very good and gave me a cleansing kit or a detox kit whatever you want to call it and I never took it too seriously though now I'm definitely going to give it a go plus he gave me some supplements for my cortisol levels that I stopped taking, after hearing what you said about supplements and diet that really rang a bell for me , I will read some of your other posts to read what kind of supplements you are taking ( I don't want to bother you or anything) that I would like to know,

                I haven't started the meditation yet , one of my biggest fears is that I had a penile fracture plus the hormonal problems caused by andractim , though thanks again I really glad that your getting so much better it definitely gives me hope and makes me feel really good about the present and the future

                  Sounds good man. Definitely take all the health stuff seriously including meditation. It all adds up. Every bite of food you eat can either help you or hurt you. The decision is yours. It's hard to be perfect in today's society but there really is no reason you can't do an overhaul to your diet and lifestyle. That will help tremendously.

                  I'd have to say, out of my experience with all the food and supplements I've taken over the past 9 months to a year, the one thing that I have seen the most immediate benefits with is Beet Juice.

                  I bought a juicer about 2 months ago or so and ever since then I've been getting noticeably better at what seems to be a much quicker pace. I haven't changed anything else in my routine except for the adding of one juice per day. I alternate between green juice and red juice every other day. But I'm pretty positive now it is the Beet Juice (red) that really helps the most (though any type of vegetable juice is super healthy).

                  The recipe looks like this:

                  1 Beet (medium/large)
                  1 Cucumber (peeled)
                  3 Celery Stalks
                  3-5 Carrots (small/medium)
                  1 Ginger (1-2 inch piece)
                  2 Apples (small, or 1 Large)
                  1/2 Lemon
                  1/2 Lime

                  I juice the lemon and lime by hand through a strainer (to catch seeds) into a bowl and then dump the juice through the strainer into the bowl to get out extra pulp.

                  First off the drink tastes amazing in my opinion. I look forward to my juices everyday. The clean up is not so bad really compared to the benefits I've been noticing. If I were you, or anyone out there with sexual health problems, I would definitely look into the benefits of juicing, and in particular beet juice.

                  Beet juice contains Nitrates which help dilate blood vessels and lower blood pressure. It also turns into Nitric Oxide which we all know is the primary compound that induces erections. This stuff is the bomb. You can actually FEEL the difference when you drink it which is not always so apparent with other "healthy" choices (even though I know all the supplements and dietary changes have made a huge impact...it's just not overwhelmingly immediate necessarily). It is with beet juice though.

                    Just to add to what I was saying, with a little more specificity, I've been noticing increased blood flow to the area where I've always had a "dent" or "notch" at the base of my penis. It is REALLY starting to smooth out and feel/look much healthier. I've also noticed that this discoloration (dark bruised looking area) that I've had on the underside of my penis is beginning to look much healthier and less apparent. I don't exactly know what all of these symptoms were but it seems like the beet juice is rebuilding the tissue's somehow I guess through increased blood flow to the peripheral veins. I'm really happy to see such improvements. It strengthens my belief that the body can heal just about anything if given the proper nutrition to do so.
