1. Well my injury occurred by rigorous masturbation that's when I heard the snap, (at the time I was also doing penis enlargement exercises and using andractim) and well right after the injury I thought it was just a temporary thing I kind of was scared about the snap though I was scared to tell anyone and just kind of thought and hoped things would heal normally ,
2. If you mean droop like they go down then yes kind of I think and it does feel like they are not supported properly ( I've had thoughts of the suspensory ligament being in play or injured here)
3 Well I do deep breathing exercises and do stretching and I have a prescription to valium though I haven't taken it yet and I do go to neurological feedback to reduce anxiety shortly after the injury, my cortisol levels are low though I have vitamins for this, and I have "come to terms with it all" and I don't feel I have hard flaccid considering A my penis isn't hard when flaccid and B I've already been to 2 pelvic floor specialists and they did lots of trigger point therapy
4 I don't know if I have read HF unraveled , I've been on hardflaccid.org and have posted and read the hard flaccid recovery thread many times I'm very familiar with the condition , yes I do think I kegel a bit though I'm not 100 percent sure and I do suffer from premature ejaculation and no my organisms aren't as pleasurable usually I find also that the sperm sometimes just kind of dripples out as well and my erections are not like before pleasure wise size wise function ability wise etc
I don't think I freak out at , I think I'm a decently calm guy though I might give that valium a try , and my problems standing up and blood flow restricted to my testicles trust me its not mental its not from me "freaking out" or anything, I'm if anything a pretty unemotional guy I don't think my emotions have anything to do with this
I consider myself a pretty optimistic and positive guy though I also consider myself a realist and I will give that meditation and not masturbating and not watching porn a try plus so just buy vegetables and a juicer and just drink the juice its that simple for the diet you talk about? So you recommend mediation abstinence, the juice diet, the pelvic floor stretches anything else let me know
and well I went to 2 pelvic floor specialists and my penis is still screwed up and they didn't know what to do, they said I should of been better by now I went to one for about a year and the other for 6 months , I felt I should of abstained from masturbation while going though I didn't and the blood flow problem to the testicles sometimes felt better after a session though when I masturbated things went to square one again, though like I said I still do the pelvic floor stretches and occasionally the kegels reverse kegel routine and well I'm still in the same position
would you still recommend doing the kegel and reverse kegel rountine? like I've said the fact that I've already been in pelvic floor therapy so much, the fact that I heard a snap ( I know you did as well) and well I don't get morning erections and according to the NPT test that means my ED is purely physical
Though I will continue to do my pelvic floor stretches ( I own the books Headache in the pelvis and How to heal pelvic pain by Amy Stein) plus the stretches my PT gave me if you have any stretches that in your opinion that I should be doing could you send them my way, I'll get a juicer, abstain from masturbating and porn, try that meditation, and I don't think I'm going to do cognitive behavior therapy due to insurance and financial issue
any other tips or info you can give me would be very helpful and why would jelqing be such a bad idea in your opinion
