The other day I noticed what feels like a vein on top of my penis. However, it doesnt feel like a normal vein but is instead almost like tight string. Its not soft like my normal veins it feels a little hard and is barely visible. I think there might be one other but it's mostly just the one that I can really feel. I have been experiencing some minor aching in my penis so I assume this is a bad sign or can it just be from improved blood flow to that vein. Either way it's very weird haven't had this before. Can some one please shed some light on the matter.
