Hard flaccid and anterior pelvic tilt

Yeah the mental side is incredibly difficult to treat, i genuinley have no ideas left on what to try. I feel like ive done it all.

I'm considering antidepressants but they come with their own issues such as ED which completely defeats the purpose of taking them in the first place.

Its good that you're at least still researching this and trying to help people.

Over the last 10 years ive learned that HF is at epidemic levels due to modern lifestyles, the majority of people that have it do not even know what it is and never seek help. There's even Chinese and Japanese literature going back nearlly 1000 years describing it.

There are likely millions suffering this worldwide and its fucking mind blowing that the medical industry is only now clocking on.

Unfortunately my help is limited and I do not venture into the mental side which appears the most difficult part of hf .
