I have always been in favor of the paleo diet. For people who dont know what this diet is, it is a way of eating where you only eat fish, meats, fruits and veggies and nuts and seeds. Unfortunately, conventionnal meats and animal products are making it difficult to be healthy when on paleo diet and thats why i'm avoiding it at the moment. But as i said, i'm stille eating fish, so i get plenty of fats and proteins.

I agree with the toxicity of meat. I don't know about Canadian laws, but here in the USA whatever is labeled organic, it is indeed certified organic. Sanctions and fines for lying about are so tough that for producers is better to be honest. But even organic, natural grass fed meat, requires by law a certain amount of time frozen. Anyways we know already we eat garbage here.

Why don't you stop eating soy? lol

I already stopped eating soy actually when i saw the effects on my erections. At the moment I'm waiting to see a significant difference as i've only stopped a few hours ago after seeing that my erections were bad. I'll update in a few days.

Okay so you eat fish therefore you're not a vegan. Vegans don't eat fish.
Now when you eat fish you're eating purity correct? Nah wrong answer. You complain that the meat is full of toxins? Well where does all that toxin go? Well if you said it runs off into the ocean and ends up getting absorbed by the pure fish you eat you are correct. See we dumped a lot of toxins in the ocean and those cute little fishy's end up ingesting it. You know if you're pregnant, which I hope you're not because that would be really weird, there are certain fish that must be limited due to mercury toxicity. You know those good tasting fish like swordfish and mackerel. Oh yes it's found in shellfish and fresh water fish as well.

Now what does your vegan diet do for you? If you think you're going to live longer well there are no studies, except for vegan website, that support that at all. You see the human body was made to eat meat, fish, veggies, and fruits; that's how it operates best. It is never good to go against nature and when we decide we don't want a particular food group oh yes something will suffer. Eating less of what concerns you; smart idea. Not eating it at all? Dumb.

I have a 30 year old son in law- he's been a vegan since he was 15. Yes he's stupid. I told my kid not to marry him until he eats normal but she's got a bit stupid as well. He has already lost 10 feet on intestine due to his diet. I was visiting him in the hospital after his last surgery when his surgeon came in, the same guy who has operated twice on him before. He's 60. He looked at my son in law and said; "John keep up with your eating habits and I'll out live you!" It's your life; I'll take a cheeseburger!

Are you describing the jokers evil plot from the Michael Keaton Batman movie, or a nutritious plant based protein?

I'm going to have to start asking you for citations with a lot of this, because correlation does not lead to causation. And what you're describing is more of a scare tactic than reasonable doubt.

Prepus, you eat fish therefore you are NOT a vegan. You are a pescatarian, or a person who does not eat meat but eats fish. You can't eat anything that comes from an animal, including honey for some reason, and still call yourself a vegan.

It may not even be your diet causing you these problems it may be something completely unrelated, you might never know what that is until you get yourself checked out.

Soy is a COMPLETE protein, and there's nothing "bad" about it.

The majority of the best fish in Canada is way less intoxicated than meat. The kind of fish i eat (sole, salmon, tilapia) has the lowest exposure and concentration of sea toxins. https://www.organicconsumers.org/old.../safe-fish.php

Cusp22, so youre telling me that eating steroids-pumped, grain fed and pro inflammatory meat is better than eating a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds and low toxic exposure fish? Maybe you should start researching instead of just listening to your "doctor"<

Well since the majority of the world is eating meat, people are living much longer than ever before, I'll stick with a cheeseburger with bacon and some greasy fries.
