There are plenty of things that urologists don't know about Hard Flaccid that we figured out on our own. I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing anything similar.

HF12 get a heating pad and start heating sessions. During these sessions(once warmed up) massage your flaccid and your BC muscle, attempting move the 'stuck' blood around and/or out.
If your erections last longer than 4 hours you need to go to the ER, as this is a priapism, and deserves medical attention.

Yes , these edging rituals with extreme much partial ejaculations are a tough experience for the addicted masculine body ! I can not recommend these aching edging sessions outdoor with cold wild and rain ! I have the same symptoms as yours,I get persistent nocturnal errections,it's not NPT for sure it persists for hours and I have to stand up in middle of night or take a pee to seize the errection. While lying down my errection is so strong that it keeps flicking with the pulse and strong blood flow through a vein on right side.Now I have hf, difficult getting errection in standing position,also if I stand after getting errection,my penis becomes heavy in weight, inelastic with tight foreskin and errection dies down in secs during day time,however night time errection takes a lot of time to die down on standing . Sometimes I wake up in a very vulnerable position while sleeping on my sides as I find my penis pressing hard against the mattress,one day I feel I am going to bend it in sleep and get a fracture.Originally posted by HF12 View PostQuick question....

Once I even woke up with a inflamed lymph vessel after which I got hf 8 months ago,but this persistent errection has been happening for last two years.upper Half of my shaft seems damaged and coz of which I have difficulty getting errection in standing position,it does not grow normally as it used to,glans fill up but shaft remains thin,however there is no such issue in sitting position.
I also wake up with errection even after taking a nap in day time,the same kind of persistent errection.So it's not nocturnal, sleeping on sides makes errection even more stronger.

6) Earlier I used to involuntarily kegel at the end of urination to get last drop out , suddenly after getting hf I can end urination without any kegel,and something seems tight in perinium,do u face this issue?

3) Yes, trouble because of the inflammation and sometimes due to tightness, when me HF is acting up.
4) They are inept they haven't helped me at all.
5) I was trying to get rid of my HF to see if the erections would improve, but thus far the improvement in HF hasn't helped said problem.
6) To some degree. I do feel like that area is tighter than the rest of my pelvic floor, but not sure if it's due to some much inflammation or HF. Probably due to a combination of both.
Has anything that you have done helped? Are the pills helping you?

Yes clonazepam has helped me sleeping better,like before I used to wake up at least thrice at night,now I can sleep sometimes without waking up only I wake up at around 6am with a disturbing errection.Also now I can sleep on my sides, earlier the moment I slept on sides within 5 minutes I would get unwanted errection.Originally posted by HF12 View Post1) 2 years

Also now I don't have hf like rock it's like rubber tube now,also I can do physical exercise without making hf worse, earlier it used to shrivel hf after doing any exercise.
So u got hf before getting these disturbing errections,in my case it's opposite.
1)How did you get hf?Did you do some jelquing thing?
2)How's your sex life going? I just tried intercourse once while having hf and unfortunately had premature ejaculation,told I have some injury and needs rest,so haven't tried after that,wish I could tell her how I had the Devine power of going on with marathon sex with those disturbing errections at night.
I am afraid that would cause permanent damage.

Do Mindfulness when you are in bed and about to sleep, but focus on relaxing your entire body, focus on relaxing your toes all the way up to the top of your head, and repeat.
