thanks for the reply hans, the only examination was the ultra sound and checking for trigger points , (which i dont have) He did say the external muscles were tight though, . I thought there would be a more detailed examination than that, (not sure what like) but its still a new thing in uk and i sometimes feel like i know more than my PT ( dont mean to sound big headed ) with the amount of research i have done. I just thought with the US having a lot more experience with hard flaccid and cpps that i might be better off with the advice off you guys. Do you have any answers to any of the other questions like slightly tight clothing aggrevating hard flacccid etc

So this thread my have answered a question I've had for a long time about what is wrong with me.
So about 6 years ago I started having trouble defecating and passing gas. Went on for the better part of a year before I stopped being stubborn and went to see a gastroenterologist. I had some pretty bad hemorrhoids which they took care of and even gave me a colonoscopy. After the hemorrhoids went away it got much better but I was never back to 100% and to this day I still have to strain to pass gas often and defecating just isn't the same as it used to be.
Now I didn't have a clue as to what could be wrong with me. Recently I discovered that whenever I masturbate I tense up down there. I guess it might be kegeling I'm not sure. I've apparently done it for as long as I've been masturbating because I tested it out and as soon as I even touch myself I tense. I have to really focus on relaxing in order to avoid doing it. I suspect this is because I love to edge and so tensing gets me to the edge quicker. Over the years I've become adept at riding the edge for a long time and love to do so because of the incredible pleasure it gives me. Tensing can get me near the edge very quickly but if I relax it takes much longer to get there.
So I'm assuming I've damaged my pelvic floor by doing this. I wonder if it's too late to do something about this? Being completely honest if it means I have to give up edging I don't think I can do it because that is one of the things I enjoy the most. I wonder if I could train myself to not rely on tensing so much? I recently forced myself to see if I could have a lengthy masturbation session and achieve orgasm without tensing at all and I had no problems so I guess everything isn't broken. Also I don't have any problems getting erections or keeping them. At least when I'm horny. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood at all and it can be difficult but I'm assuming that's normal.

This has been long overdue. Sorry for the delay Hans but i didnt want to do this until i felt like i was ready. So here goes. I am now 99.9% cured from this dratted condition. It took me almost an entire year to fix myself.( I had been suffering from symptoms for 3 yrs before that) If u read posts i have made, ull know the journey that ive had to take. In brief, this is what happened. Almost 4 yrs ago, one morning I woke up to pee and as i pushed, the pee shot out and I felt a sudden sharp pain at the tip of my penis. That was the beginning of this for me. (Hopefully the nightmare is over.) I had had to use public restrooms for a year before that since I had been travelling and I would strain to poop and I think that is what exacerbated the issue and ended up with me getting full blown CPPS. My symptoms were weak flow, constipation, at times i would have to pee sitting down. I was a mess mentally. Even a man as manly as someone from a clint eastwood western would feel like a mess mentally, so understand that its normal to feel lost. Anyway went to doctors after I found out something was wrong with my unit. The usual diagnosis. prostatitis. gave me antibiotics and alpha blockers. Symptoms seem to go away. The alpha blockers help u relax those muscles so peeing gets easier but the underlying issue remained untreated of course. Made many visits to a lotta other doctors too thinking it was haemorrhoids or fissure or one of those things. No doc could help me. I tried explaining things to docs in a sensible manner but no one seemed to get it. Infact they suggested it was all in my head. Which unfortunately is what docs do when they dont have a clue. very sad really. I was especially lost bcuz i never did PE before getting this so i had no clue what this was. Altho i had read somewhere that kegels were great for dick health. so i might ve overdone them. That plus the constant straining to poop is probably what did it for me. I have always had a high libido so ive always masturbated atleast once a day. Funny thing tho is that I felt pretty ok while jacking off. I did notice some decrease in the semen load tho. But didnt think it was cuz of CPPS. But it was. Cuz its all connected. Over time, as I found out the docs could not help me, I felt truly fucked. being in ur 20s with ur entire life ahead of u, it can be disheartening. I did a lot of research online. I found out many many places online on forums n such where men have pretty much given up on their lives. I heard abt supplements, chinese medicine, diuretic pills(dont fall for that scam). Only one supplement prosta Q seemed reliable cuz the prostatitis forum moderator recommended it and he talked abt his condition and i felt like there was honestly to it. I bought a bunch of those online and it seemed to help but it still didnt feel alright. did more research .. more more more more and finally ended up here. I brushed this off since I had never even heard of PE, let alone PE. I read many posts and found out that turns out many ppl over here have been having the same problems. I became a member here, read loads of stuff. many names like voodoochild n hans twilight popped up. And I found the protocol, finally. Along with the protocol, I read the brian wise book and also amy steins book. The protocol plus maybe those 2 books. Thats all u need to fix urself. But most important of all was this angel of mercy who came into my life. Sorry if that sounds cheesy. but during those dark times in my life, the only person who i got any hope from was Hans Twilight. I am forever indebted to him. I can never repay this debt. This thread has been a god send. The info in here is invaluable but what was more invaluable was the fact that Hans would read every single PM i would send him and he would message me replying to every single question i had. I did a lot of research myself but its hard to do this alone. I probably seem like im exaggerating but i lived for almost 3 years in depression. I was an adequately social person but this did me in. I couldnt see the joy in simple things in life. I was a mess. There are nay sayers on this thread too i suppose but trust me this works. There are a few caveats tho. Do not expect quick results. Even after a year im not 100% there. If ur mentally weak, read brian wise's book. it helped me when i was low in the dumps. do all the stretches. do not pick 1 or 2 and do only them. do em atleast twice a day. initially i was doing em thrice but twice is ok too imo. And also internal massage is a must. Many say it isnt but for me, it was very important. obviously it could vary on a case by case basis. and also, tennis ball massages can be helpful. so do those as well. I hope all of u guys get alright soon. I had to make this post just so i could let more ppl know that recovery is indeed possible. many ppl get disheartened and leave asap after 2 days of stretching. keep at it. things will turn around. Feel free to ask me any questions here. once again, I want to thank Hans. He has saved my life. God bless this dude

You're fine. To break the tensing habit, I suggest laying down and closing your eyes. Focus on your PF. When you feel a spasm, do a reverse kegel, do this atleast 4 times a week.Originally posted by ANU123 View PostSo this thread my have answered a question I've had for a long time about what is wrong with me.

Hans I have a question regarding the RK's. My Physical Therapist told me that pushing on RK's are bad because its putting the same strain on it that a normal legal does. She wants me to do belly breathes and feel it move naturally but not push out. What's your thoughts man? I am still searching for answers and have been stuck with this for over 2 years. Any advice is welcomed.

She is right. The problem here is terminology. "Push" is a vague word that can mean different things to different people. A lot of people like to use the word "push" because it describes the act of pushing urine out of the bladder, but in actuality what is really happening is the PF muscles are relaxing and therefore letting the urine out. I like to think of the term "push" as almost straining when you are constipated, and therefore I did RKs incorrectly when I first learned about them.Originally posted by Autimatic View PostHans I have a question regarding the RK's. Belly breaths are all one needs to reverse a PF dysfunction. Isolating the reverse kegel (not using your belly) is advanced and should only be done by people with healthy PF looking to improve control in that area.HansTwilightLast edited by HansTwilight; 10-31-2018, 11:31 AM.My WorkARTICLES:
