Doing kegels during sex is fine, as long as they're not involuntary. The idea is to be able to control your PF during sex/arousal, no matter the stimulation.

If you can do that, kegel/RK all you want, Sex God.

Involuntary kegel is when you clinch during sex? What is it called when you get close to ponr but back off then get hard uncontrollable kegels?

I would kegel a lot during urination, i am stopping now but it feels weird not kegeling out the last drops.

So does fixing any other bad habit. 😉

Involuntary kegels is when your pelvic floor kegels involuntary.. if you're in control of the kegels, you're good.

SuperDude, those hard uncontrollable kegels are a very likely sign of PF tightness if you didn't know that already. If the PF is tight those IKs turn into waves of hard kegels that sometimes feel like spasms.
Or maybe you just came up with a new PE acronym IUKs (involuntary, uncontrollabe kegels). Its synonym can be I'm gonna blow!

I guess that wouldnbe called having an uncontrolled pelvic floor, or maybe that's normal, i really don't know since my pf has been messed up for half a decade.

I'm at a point where I can control IKs while edging/stroking, but still can't control them while thrusting. I just start to have the IKs after 1 minute or so of thrusting and after they start I can't stop them with RKs and will ejaculate very soon.

Start training during edging. Thrust instead of stroke.

Did you try edging and controlling your pelvic floor with a fleshlight? I don't know if it's a thing but considering the similarity to the real thing it could be good training.

Yeah I bought a fleshl1ght a while ago. I'm just start the trainings with it. (for some reason the forum has a censorship for when you write the correct name, haha)
