I tried GABA years back and it did do something, it is supposed to raise the levels of somatotropin to several times their normal levels, this does start to decline after the age of 21 anyway. The amino's tend to work best synergistically I believe in order to be synthesised by the body and form tissue. Tribulus is supposed to raise T levels, but I personally didn't notice any increased horniness or athletic improvements by supplementing with it. Maybe it was a bad batch?

As for these things being safe combining them, well its difficult to say. GABA is usually a pharmaceutical grade (the one I took was), so mixing it with other supplements that may also be concentrated could have a negative impact on your body. So be careful!

I'm a trainer at a gym and have a client that told me about cistanche. It is an herb. I've seen my client in the shower and he has an average size penis in length, but his penis always hangs very full and heavy. He says the cistanche is what does it. He told me where to order it and I got some (it's the real stuff). I'm proud to report it is having the same affect on me! I've been taking it for a month now and love the results. I like the more natural approach. Drugs and surgery just scare me.

Gaba supplements are worthless. Gaba doesn't cross the blood brain barrier, there are a varity of chemicals that can increase gaba signaling. However, they can be very addictive and can cause some really unpleasant side effects.

Tribulus is ineffective at raising testosterone in humans. It can upregulate androgen receptors in the brain, but only in the brain. Giving the impression of greater testosterone levels.

Tryptophan is a serotonin precursor. Most likely won't be very effective, unless you are deficient.

Tyrosine is a precursor of a precursor (l. Dopa) of Dopamine. Also, not likely to do much unless you are deficient.

              Bottom Line:

Pretty ineffective stack, not worth wasting your time or money.
              How did I get here?

Well I was looking for Pygmy.com (I gotta thing for small people, so what), and ended up here.
And I've been here ever since.

Anyone had any experience trying arginine vs citrilline?

I tried both. Citrulline works way better, atleast the one I used, which was high quality Japanese Citrulline.

This is an identical thread as OPs first thread.

Citrulline is better than Arginine, it gets converted to arginine in the kidneys almost immediately. Where as arginine itself is generally metabolized before it can raise circulating blood levels of arginine.

                      threads have been merged, again.

OP please don't create multiple threads for the same topic, thanks.
