Hello everyone, recently started the beginners routine again. I really want too stick at it this time!
I am also training in the gym five days a week and am about to start taking dianabol and proviron( a dht based steroid) and would very much like to no if would affect my pe routine or my erection level adversly. Would be great for some feedback, thanks guys.
I also take a few other supps, arginine, pygnogenol, ginger root, nettle root, vit e, garlic, and glucosamine.
I take these supps spaced out over the day usally with my meals, also drink alot of white and green tea. Dont know if i should drop anything, cheers.

. How do u plan on using it? there are a couple ways to use it so you dont shut down your HPTA, and dont blunt your natural test production. If these happen, im willing to bet that your libido, and willingness to do PE let alone get a erection will be compromised even with proviron.
