  • My PE experiences with testosterone supplementation

    Well! I have seen some evidence of testosterone as a PE tool. I've been doing a routine of hanging and uli's for the past 3 months every day. weekly measurements. about two months in i hadn't seen any significant gains, but was being patient.

    two months ago i also started at the gym, and about a week and a half ago i started a testosterone enanthate 250mg/week cycle to help me put on muscle. as of today, i've put on 5 pounds, and i have seen 1/4 inch length gain and a full half inch in girth gain. These gains came out of nowhere mostly over the past week, and i truely feel it is a result of the test. this is not just simply better EQ, my EQ is always a 10. I still have about 7 weeks left of my cycle, so i will keep you posted on my gains.

    Week 1: Testosterone Enanthate 500mg administered in two shots

    MSEG: 5.0 (my first ever measured girth gain)

    Week 2
    Nov 2. 250mg Test. E

    Week 3
    Nov. 9 250 mg testosterone enanthate

    BPEL:6.75!! *woohoo!*
    MSEG: 5.0

    weight: 152!

    Week 4
    250mg test E on Nov. 15

    As of today, my bench is up well over 40 pounds, my libido is up by at least double. my balls haven't shrunk. i'm starting to get built again and people at work have noticed. as for side effects.... so far i've gotten a pimple.

    i don't believe this is solely because of testosterone supplementation. i'm doing a very solid PE routine of hanging and uli's, and eating an extremely healthy diet. this is mostly because of my determination, however testosterone may be aiding my gains. the jury is still out.

    bro test e takes 4-5 weeks to kick in no way its causing you and your penis to grow in a week and a half and only 250 a week wont cause that much gains it will shut down your natural test more then give you gains if your taking test might as well up it to 500mg a week and while you wait you should take dbol or winny depending on your goals ... I hope you have a good pct planed

      i agree with shane im going through it with a sex supplement i was on i have to take trt now cuz of it.

        well, a appreciate the skepticim. however, i'm doing this in the most scientific way possible. i'm keeping very tight controls on my diet, my pe program, my sleep etc. i have been keeping my controls constant fr about 2 months with little gains. i added testosterone to my supplements eleven days ago and have seen some significant gains. maybe the two are unrelated, maybe not. at this early stage it is difficult to say, however at the end of my cycle the results should speak for themselves. as far as i know from my research around here, this particular experiment has not been run with scientific controls on all contributing factors.

        as for upping to 500mg/week and adding dbol... i'm not looking to gain 35 pounds of muscle. i'm looking to use as little of the hormones to make as many gains as possible. as it is, i should have no huge problem adding 15 pounds with my diet as it is.

        also test does not take 5 weeks to kick in... it takes multiple weeks for ti to reach its highest concentration in your blood. it takes a few weeks to reach MAXIMUM effectiveness, but not to begin working.

          okay im 23 years old and got my blood test re cheched
          total testosterone=442 range 240-950
          free testosterone=13.3 range 9-30
          is this normal please help?

              its hard to say if its normal. it's in the normal range. whats your height/weight/health like? are you very active? do you eat meat? are you a generally passive and non confrontational person?

              there are many ways to boost your test naturally. ZMA supplements and tribulus being the easiest. excercise and lots of sleep help. have sex more. these will all boost your testosterone count.

                my heigh is 5/10 i weigh like 190 i put on muscle very easy. i am very active i go to the gym 5 days a week. i am kind of a shy guy but my estradiol there is nothing wrong with lh and fsh are normal. the doc says i dont need the trt she was about to put me on it but from the new blood tests my testosterone rose from 380 to 442. do you think im suffering physically now?

                    you might be... i'm no doctor. it sounds more like you need confidence replacement therapy.

                    if you build muscle well, and are in good physical condition, you probably don't need hrt. I'm 5'10 and about 145 pounds. like 3percent body fat. i eat 4000 calories a day, in 8 meals. 250 grams of protein a day and really can't gain muscle mass. this is why i'm using testosterone at a fairly low dosage- to build muscle. however that said, this is an opportunity for me to test a hypothesis i have about testosterone and PE. i'll keep you all posted on my progress.

                        ZMA is the biggest scam in the history of testosterone boosters it only increases testosterone if you already have a deficiency but its not uncommon to have one because it came out when some scientist tested athletes for mineral deficiency and came back saying they needed zinc and magnesium.

                        but honestly brother 250 isnt really worth the injections even if you went to 400 it would be alot more beneficial and you wont put on a huge amount of weight.

                        I hope your taking more then just zma and tribulus to restore your testosterone after , if you stick to only 250mg of test all you will need is some nolva

                            i wish i read your last post before i posted that , you sound smarter then i thought you where at first ... so im assuming your just using test to help with a problem ( your super high matablism) as you eat all your calories both carbs and protine but using test you will be able to brake them down at a more normal rate but your body fat will still stay really low

                              ive been around steroids for almost 4 years now but not alot of people post about pe during cycle , most people here are sort of against it but I will be checking back for sure ... I want to do a 15 week cycle of test e at 500mg a week and boldenone at 750 a week and I think that will do wonders for PE
