Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody is on TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) and if they notice their gains have increased as a result?
One of my guides is "The Penis Enlargement Bible" and they say not to cum more than 3-5x a week because it lowers T levels and the guide also lists many supplements to take to increase T and DHT levels.
My question is, how important are T levels really to seeing gains? To me personally, I feel like a full stomach and having massive amounts blood flow via all the food and of course water helps me feel that slight stinging feeling in the skin when it's making gains. That's how I know I'll see a slight difference the following day or two when it's had a chance to heal. I have a very fast metabolism and have always been in the "skinny kid" category. I work out, I have huge pecks, arms, back, lats, etc, but still, my metabolism is so fast I always feel hungry. Does anybody else feel like eating plenty of food and water might be the best trick there is?
