First entry....not sure I am going to by doing anything more than rambling. Just interested in getting a few thoughts down.
When I started a couple of months back, my flaccid length had really decreased from my 'norm.' I attributed this to general aging and ignoring my penis health for several years...and my overall, systemic health, as well.
In inches, my NBPFL was 3.75 and NBPEL was 5.5 when I measured, prior to starting any PE.
About a month in (which was about a month ago), I was pleased to be back to my 'norm' and measuring a conservative NBPFL of 4 and NBPEL of 5.75, with a dramatic improvement in daily flaccid length and appearance and a HUGE decrease in 'turtling.'
I am currently at a NBPFL of 4.25 and NBPEL of 6. Flaccid appearance has continued to improve and I feel really good!
In looking back to determine the approximate total time I have been wearing ADS over the past 30 days, I have put in approximately 168 hours, which includes a purposeful 3-day break this past weekend.
In calculating how much time to achieve 1000 hours of wear at that average, I am looking at about 6 months, or approximately the middle of May 2016, at which point I fully expect to have achieved my initial goal of +1 NBPEL and +0.5 BEG.
In considering my gains to this point and comparing them to what I might expect in another 5 months, I am going to only go with what I have gained from my normal size, or a conservative +0.25 NBPFL and +0.25 BFG. Extrapolating those numbers over an additional 5 months (to get to mid-May 2016), 5 x +0.25 NBPEL = +1.25, which should yield a NBPEL of 6.25
I see no reason why I shouldn't expect to be at 6 - 6.25" NBPEL and 5 - 5.5" BEG by that time, and see my initial goal met.
I just yesterday began to track the information that I should likely have been tracking from the beginning, but I really just wanted to ease back into all of this without putting a bunch of pressure on myself. I am feeling very positive and upbeat and so am going to begin keeping better records.
Supplementation: Vitamin D3 1000 IU; Super B-complex, plus another 500mg Niacin; Triple Omega 3-6-9 (1200mg each); Amino Acid complex 1500mg, plus another 500mg L-Arginine, 500mg L-Carnitine, and 200mg ALA; odorless Garlic 1000mg. (I still have a number of things to add in the coming weeks to get to the supp level I desire)
Program: I am now doing 5 minute warm-up; 5 minutes manual stretches (recently added some Bundled Stretches and some Assisted A-Stretches); 5 minutes gentle dry-jelqing + 5 minutes compression (Uli's, Horse Squeezes). Sometimes instead of the dry jelqing and compressions, I will do a full 10 minutes of wet-jelqing.
And I do change things around pretty often, just go with how I feel and trust to my PI's.
ADS/extender: I am blessed to work in a job that does not require me to either wear 'normal' clothing or walk a lot. For those reasons I am able to wear my extender for an extended time. [See what I did thar?]
Yesterday, as an example, I wore my extender for 10 hours, with less than a one hour break in the middle.

Anyway, I just have always measured without pressing, tip to the base.
I really can't access anything more than that for anything worthwhilw, anyway, lol.
