I've completed the first week of the JP90 program. My EQ has gone up and I no longer find myself "stretching" to reach the 7 1/2" mark when erect. I can have a 8 or 8.5 erection and hit it with ease. If I kegel while measuring, I surpass even 7 3/4" (with an 8.5+ EQ). I've never been so long. I look forward to the coming months with his program.
I did some TGC Theory research and, according to its findings, I need to focus on jelqing and girth exercises because my flaccid stretched length is beyond 8" while my erect length is comfortable at 7 1/2". Looks like I've got room to grow--6" girth here I come.
I switched up lubes from a water based generic lube to baby oil gel. It feels nicer and lasts much longer but I found that performing the warmdown stretches was almost impossible as my penis would shrink through my OK grip as I kegeled. I tried washing it off, to no avail. However, I did come up with a satisfactory solution: boxers. That is, if I wrap my hands in my boxers and use them for added grip, I'm fine. In fact, it seems that the cotton has even more grip than sans lube.
I have not measured my girth but will soon. I do kegels as often as I can. I mix it up between sets of 50 short ones and sets of 30 longer ones. It's a fun mind-diverting exercise.
