Basically I have not being doing my Peing regular(which is very bad). It slows your gains.
My current stats
FL - 2.7' FG - 3.9'
NBPEL - 5.7' and EG - 4.7'
Goal EL- 6.5' and E - 5.5'
But i mainly want to work on my flaccid.
So I have ordered my Bathmate, just waiting for him to arive then the journey all begans.
Will be going with this routine
5-10 warm up
15-20 bathmate(stopping every 5 mins)
4 sets of stretches(R,D,L and Up)
250-300 wet jelqs
5mins warm down.
Will keep yourl posted with my gains and how things is going.
