Just did my penile workout yesterday. It feels great and i got my morning wood as usual. It keeps me motivated. Thanks to JP's 90 days workout. I hope there is no interruption during the session because i'm living with my family. The whole routine taken me about an hour in the bathroom. They might wonder why am i in the bathroom so long. Privacy is my main concern. I cant figure out my LOT (Loss of Tug). Just hoping i can reach my short term goal.
This is what i did:
a) Warm clothes for 10 mins
b) stretching ( helicopter shakes, stretch to left & right, circle stretches, kegel)
c) wet jelqs 50reps
d) V jelqs 30reps
e) Edging 10mins
f) Warming down 5 mins
