This is what i did for today:

a) Warm up 10 mins
b) stretching ( helicopter shakes, stretch to left & right,straight out &up, circle stretches, kegel)
c) wet jelqs 60reps
d) V jelqs 30reps
e) Kegel 100reps
f) Warming down 5 mins

I notice that i have varicose veins appearing on my dick during jelqing which i didn't have. Am i over exercise? someone please tell me.

I also have other bulging veins on my willy(left and right side) which i don't like. Is there any way of getting rid of bulging veins??
