My routines:

a) warm up 10mins
b) JP's streches
c) wet jelq 100 reps
d) V jelq 30reps
e) kegel 100reps
f) warm down 3mins

For every workouts i did so far i didn't feel any pain or muscles tension. Is it normal or i'm not doing things right? What i notice is there are more bulging veins appearing. I cant maintain my 70% erect penis as i'm getting used to jelqing. Any suggestions guys?
