My routines:
a) warm up 10mins
b) JP's streches
c) wet jelq 100 reps
d) V jelq 30reps
e) kegel 100reps
f) warm down 3mins
For every workouts i did so far i didn't feel any pain or muscles tension. Is it normal or i'm not doing things right? What i notice is there are more bulging veins appearing. I cant maintain my 70% erect penis as i'm getting used to jelqing. Any suggestions guys?

So if it goes down to, lets say, 30-50%, it is all good! As long as your pushing blood through and you can feel the expansion.
Another note: your warm down should be longer than 3 mins!

Regarding stretching, don't be afraid to pull with a little force - slowly work your intensity up and you should reach a point where you can feel the fatigue along the CC and in the ligs almost immediately. The overhand OK grip always worked best for me to keep a good grip on some of the more intense stretches
