I saw many red 'bumps' appear on my glans today. I can feel more bloods moving in my member. Should i continue my routine tomorrow even though the bumps still there? I'm on the 2on 1off JP's workout.
My routine:
a) warm up 10mins
b) stretches
c) wet jelq 100reps
d) V jelq 50reps
e) kegel 200reps
d) warm down 5mins
Those bumps seem pretty normal. They will probably go away soon especially if you give it a little rest. Also if you ever need to rest your dick you can typically still practice kegeling because kegels and jelks/stretchesstress different body parts.
