My routines:
a) warm up -10mins
b) stretches (L,R,O,D) with kegel 25reps each side
c) Wet jelq -100reps
d) V jelq -40reps
e) warm down -10mins
For the first week of PE i didn't see many red bumps on my glans but starting second week it appears more visible. Is it i overworking? or it is an good indication? i'm doing 2on 1off with appropriate intensity.

The dots are not life or death indicators, just probably an initial physiological response to the extra pressure you are putting on your member. If at any time you are unsure, scale back and reevaluate.
