My workout for today:
a) warm up - 10mins
b) stretches
c) wet jelq - 100reps
d) v jelq - 50reps
e) kegel - 150reps
f) warm down- 8mins
I can feel my PC getting stronger. Looking forward to have a total control of my PC muscles.
