Thanks to PE i have a bigger flaccid dick now.
My routine:
a) warm up - 10mins
b)strectches
c) wet jelq -150reps
d) V jelq - 90reps
e) kegel - 200reps
f)warm down- 10mins

Would like to try reverse kegel. Can anyone give me the link? thanks. I notice many of the guys here are using extender. It is neccessarily in helping gain. Can i still gain without using an extender?
