My routine:
a) warm up - 10mins
b) stretches L,R,O,D
c) wet jelq - 150reps
d) V jelq - 270reps
e)warm down - 10mins
f) testicle massage - 5 mins

So, today is your 22nd Day! UOW!
This is my 4th Day, and I was looking for some information about those V Jelqs. Man! I just found the V Stretch and the A Stretch...
I've got the e-book about PE Exercises, and there's nothing about V Jelqs either...
