My routine:
a) warm up - 15mins
b) stretches with helicopter shakes and kegels each side
c) wet jelq - 150reps
d) V jelq - 90reps
e) Testicle massage - 5mins
f) Edging - 10mins and ended up in masturbating. I always have an urge to ejaculate during edging. Darn. Need to rewire my mind not to ejaculate and build stronger PC&BC muscles. I can do it. Believe in myself.
