b) stretches L,R,O,D
c) wet jelq - 150reps
d) V jelq - 90reps
e) warm down - 10mins
f) JAI stretches and 100 kegels and reverse kegels throughout the day.
My edging session went pretty well yesterday. I manage to edge about 35mins before reaching the point of no return and of course thanks to my gym buddy who send me the post about reverse kegel. Now, i really understand what is it. Happy PEing. It is growing longer
