My routine:
a) warm up - 10mins
b) stretches L,R,O,D
c) wet jelq - 100reps
d) V jelq - 90reps
e) warm down - 5mins
f) testicle massage - 5mins
g) JAI stretches and 100 kegels and reverse kegels throughout the day.

I can feel that it is getting heavier ^^
