Don't remember having morning wood, my routine:
a) warm up (10mins)
b) JP's stretches
c) 2 Uli (each 60secs)
d) jelqing (100reps)
e) V jelq (60reps)
f) 30 JAI stretches, 200 kegel n 5 long kegels during the day.
Need to work hard on my girth.
