Dont remember having morning wood, my routine:
a) warm up (10mins)
b) JP's stretches
c) jelqing (180reps)
d) V jelq (90reps)
e) 20 JAI stretch,200 kegel n 10 long kegels during the day.
Going to take measurement next week. I dont think i gained lot in my 3rd month. Kind of disappointing but i will not give up. What routine should i follow after this? any suggestions? I dont have equipment, just with hand.

why dont you wrap your penis after the PE routine with a bandage such the one youd wrap your hand with, ( there are less narrow wraps) you could see the album i have

i also noticed you dont do any edging ( masturbatiing without cumming ) try to add 5 mints of that to your routine
