I started PE in mid-October, so I am just now reaching the three month mark. It's been a very interesting process, and I've learned quite a bit along the way. I was even able to motivate myself to make some positive changes, and hope to continue bettering my lifestyle.

When I first started, I was doing everything wrong, and my penis wasn't even responding to the exercises in a way that made me confident about the process. I was going flaccid when I needed an erection, and visa versa. I slowly figured out the proper way to jelq, and learned to simply stick with what looked to be effective.

I never had a problem with EQ (my member always felt tight and engorged), and I never noticed any difference during or between sessions. However, when having sex with my girlfriend over the course of time, I began to just feel bigger and harder. Whether or not this was in my head, she seemed to notice as well, as until recently she had never referred to me as "big" during sex. Even if it's the placebo effect, it's clearly a good thing.

I stuck to an altered JP90 routine: two days on, one day off. I also had two ~10 day breaks within the 90-day span. Overall, I'm pleased with the routine. I think it will just take some personal tweaking to get the most out of it.

My initial measurements were somewhat approximate, based on lack of good measuring tools, so I'm unable to tell whether I've had any gains. I now have a proper wooden ruler and tailor's tape. I'm not really miffed about it, even if I didn't gain at all, because I intend to embark on another 90 days starting tomorrow, and I'm proud of how far I've come thus far.

Changes I've made (over the past three months):
- Introduced several supplements, including Gingko, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, General Multivitamin, and sometimes L-Arginine.
- Completely cut out caffeine.
- Began to cook for myself more frequently, using fresher ingredients.
- Started drinking copious amounts of Green (with Ginger/Ginseng) and other decaffeinated teas (mostly for coffee replacement but also to help with hydration as I often forget to drink water throughout the day)

Changes I'm going to make (over the next three months):
- I need to drastically curb my drinking. I'd like to get down to only two nights a week. This might not be ideal, but it would be a vast improvement for me.
- Decrease tobacco use. I believe gains would come easier if I significantly decreased tobacco and alcohol use. Plus PE gives me the motivation to do what I should be doing anyways.
- Eat more vegetables
- Sleep more consistently
- Masturbate only 2-3 times a week

I believe if I can achieve these goals (which are actually quite lofty), the effects of PE will be greater (or at least I will have a clear idea of what doesn't work), and I will have a higher quality of life in general. I exercise quite a bit through my work, so I'm not overly concerned about that.

As far as my routine goes over the next three months, I'm going to start with good technique but light pressure. I will continue that for a month. If nothing comes of it, I'll up the intensity until I see some results. If I still have no gains after three months (six total), I'm going to start extending/hanging and pumping. I would not be surprised if I was a hard gainer.
