been joined on this site since nov 11! but havent really done anything apart from strectching! so got an E-book of my friend on here that told me about a 5 week beginers guide to PE! im in the middle of my 3 week and feel great for doing it! ive started to increase my starting of jelqing from 10 minutes to 15minutes. i do every other day 5 minute warm up, 5 minute stretch in all directions (30 seconds each) the wet jelqing.
