Foreskin

So basically I've always wondered if it's normal that my foreskin isn't covering the head (uncircumsized). My friends tells me that it isn't normal, and I've always wondered if it was a race thing since my friends are of Scandinavian descent, and I'm a mix of Scandinavian/Southeast Asian descent. I've always wanted more foreskin, since my member is "top-heavy", therefore the EG of the head would only increase with foreskin surrounding it. Not that it's that big a problem, just curious to know if anyone else has this problem, or blessing depending on how you look at it.
