Hmm, I don't know how old this guy is. When I see claims like these I like to do the math. Now let's say that a guy is 50 years old and started at a point where he was able score with many girls per year at the age of 15. That works out to averaging 5.5 new girls every week of every year for 35 years to hit 10,000 Not very likely. And then you have the claims of 20000 + girls?

Yeah he's late 40's. Testosterone levels do not necessarily affect the sexual performance. I have met guys like him and your friend before. They are naturally that way and it seems to be more of a psychological/hormonal thing. And by hormonal I talk about levels of other hormones like prolactin, SHBG, pregnenolone, dht, etc...

I can talk for myself, I am not that type of guy. I have done 3 scenes in one day and yes it is tough. I am more that kind of guy of long hardcore sessions but one cumshot. Not sure how big he is since the peak of his career was so long ago. He was popular in the early 90's. However, he did a lot of scenes together with Peter North and Pete is known to be a little over 8" BPEL. TT looks smaller than Pete on Camera as far as length and girth.
