Glad you thought about this. As far as studies go, BPEL is what matters.

As far as real life goes, with girls, and such... NBPEL I would say is more important IF you are trying to show off the size.

If you are 8"BPEL and very overweight and have a fat pad of ~2 inches, then the girl will only see 6 inches. (Of course taking into account for GMEL, she might see 7-7.5 LOL)

Regardless, I agree with one of the earlier posts. 6'1 or whatever is still alot more common than a 7 inch penis.

And the more extreme the sizes get, on both sides of the spectrum.... the less and less there are.

^^ From a pure "looks" point, yes for NBPEL.. This why it's important to try and keep weight off..
