What Are You Thankful For?

I'm Thankful for still living in Greece for the time being, I'm thankful for finding my dog Duke he has been a real blessing for me, after losing a dog in the UK, run over by a twat cost me 3000 to fight for her and lost, so the last bit not so thankful.

Thankful for all the great 60's music it keeps me sane, and as hard as some try will never be replaced.

Thankful for having a good wife and three good children that are now adults.

Thankful for all the fishing I did, lots of hours bank sitting, and drowned lots of maggots, but caught lots of fish and won a few matchs.

So now its just thankful for still being on this lovely earth.

it is much harder to see the positive things when the negative seem to overwhelm so easily. so here goes.

i am thankful for my children, and all their different personalities. i am thankful to have a warm house and plenty of food to eat. i am thankful for my health. i am thankful to have a good reputation and plenty of work. and i am going to be extremely thankful to be done with this divorce.

For have great parents. My father is one of the great persons I ever saw. When my mother died when I was at 5, he never surrended to raise us (me and my brother)as good kids. We have passed thru a lot of challenges in life and struggles a lot but we keep strong and good. My family don't have lot of money but they did teach us everything about beeing a good person, human, about help people, beeing polite, honesty, fight for wath you want and how these things are fundamental in life. I really appreciate that. Just when we grow up we see the values of these things. Honor, kindness, being good and humility are something like the foundation of my life. I really believe that there's nothing better than be in peace with yourself and with people around you. There is no money that can buy this thing.
I always remeber that frase in Gladiator (2002):
"What we do in life, echoes in eternity."

I am Thankful for:

- My wonderful parents
- My 8 years in Bangkok as a student (paid off by parents with allowance) and my 8 vacations (Some paid off by mom. Some were my own initiative) to Bangkok after that
- Being in Perth at the moment (Flight tickets and 10 months allowance from parents. First semester University fees from parents. Plus my parents send me AUD$600 every month)
- My Dogs whom I love dearly
- All the good food I have been able to eat and will eat on a regular basis
- The coffee I drink everyday
- All of the material objects that I get on a regular basis (Iphone 7/Air Jordans/clothes etc)
- All the women I have slept with (280) and will in the future.

I am thankful for this site and some of the wonderful people I call friends. I know talk is cheap and this could very well sound like a canned speech. But learning the insights into many of you guys, most intimate secrets and understanding the way the male mind functions, I hope and believe it's leading me down the path of enlightenment and happiness.

Yin and Yang...What better description of a man and a woman and until we respect and cherish those beautiful differences and learn to embrace them, there will be conflict.
