Before hand, I wanted to thank you for taking time to help me.
So, I've been masturbating since around age 11. Very oddly I cannot do no feel pleasure from stroking or rubbing while an erection is present, only during climax and the seconds before climax. I'm not sure why this is, but I don't think it's normal. The first time I masturbated, I only used my thumb, my middle finger, and my pointer finger. I put the middle/index finger on the back of my shaft, and place the thumb on the front and proceed to rub my foreskin up and down. This is how I masturbate, and am unable to masturbate any other way (5 knuckle shuffle, etc). I cannot masturbate without a tensed PC muscle (Or at least, I don't believe I can. Usually I stop trying after 5-10 minutes). Finally, upon climax, I feel that there is a liquid within my penis (it's semen), and usually I feel the urge to push it out, but can control it. There are sometimes when a little bit of the semen comes out (after I haven't masturbated for a day or two), but usually It doesn't come out unless I push it out. Similarly, I can push large amounts of semen out of my penis after climaxing for the first time that day.
1. I would like to know why I do not feel pleasure from normal stroking and rubbing during and erection, and only during and slightly before a climax.
2. I would like to know why I can only masturbate with a tensed PC muscle. I would also like to know the benefits of masturbating with a relaxed PC muscle vs a Tensed PC muscle. On top of this, I would like to know that if it is more beneficial to have a relaxed PC muscle, how do I begin to masturbate with a relaxed PC muscle?
3. Finally, I would like to know why I can control most of my semen flow.
I'm not sure if this is too much or too little information, but I really would like some answers.
Thank you!
