          We Americans are easily confused, hence the parkway / driveway question earlier.

          Our football requires a lot more strategy, and it's legal to hammer somebody. That's why we wear pads. How would you feel having an athletic specimen that is 6'6", weighs in excess of 270 lbs running at you at full speed trying to hurt you?

            Having a boot and a bonnet makes perfect sense...boot worn on the feet (back of car), bonnet worn on head ( front of car).

              Nearly, a couple of times. But I'm a uni student now, I don't run into trouble too often any more.
